![]() ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ By: Clay Aiken The Birth of a Legend. I got hooked on Clay the first time I saw his audition, purely by chance I must say since I was never interested in the previous American idol. I was moved by his sweet dorky appearance and his personality, and then he sang. To hear such an extraordinary voice coming from such a skinny body left me speechless. This is when I decided to watch the show faithfully, every week. I just knew at the time that I was witnessing the birth of a legend. Can't explain why. There had to be more than just his extraordinary voice. There had to be some kind of invisible sign that warned us about what was to be his destiny.
